Input Output Control

All parking lot entry/exit points are taken under control. The system records the photo, license plate, entry/exit time of each vehicle entering and exiting the parking lot, where, for what purpose and when the guest vehicles come to visit, and stores them in the database on a year, month, day basis and provides very detailed reports when necessary. Reports can be printed out and archived in PDF, Word, excel formats with pictures.

Subscriber Vehicle / Automatic Switching

The system automatically recognizes the license plate of each incoming vehicle and queries whether it is a subscriber in milliseconds; if the vehicle is a subscriber, the automatic barrier is opened and the vehicle is allowed to enter the parking lot. The vehicle information and license plate of the vehicle that is granted automatic access is entered into the system together with the information of the vehicle owner. After the individual, apartment or company information is defined in the system, all vehicles that will enter the parking lot are included in the system and it is specified how many vehicles are allowed. In this way, more than one vehicle license plate belonging to each apartment resident is entered in the site, but at the same time, how many vehicles enter the parking lot at the same time.

Black List Vehicle Control

Vehicle license plates that you do not want to enter the parking lot or that you want to give a warning (audible, visual) when you want to enter can be introduced to the system. The system automatically gives a warning when the vehicles you specify approach the entrance gate of your parking lot.

Guest (Visitor) Vehicle Entrance

In the parking lots with guest vehicle entrance, you can enter the information about the purpose of unauthorized entries and the purpose for which the vehicles that want to park will visit which apartment, person or company, and then you can get reports of this information.

Reporting Process

Vehicle entry/exit information, subscriber/auto-pass, guest vehicles can be reported together with their photos and license plates, and this information can be automatically sent to the e-mail addresses you want by e-mail at any desired time with query methods such as license plate and date, and you can receive report lists in PDF, EXCEL, WORD formats.

User Authorization (Authorization Level Determination)

The system works on a user basis and each operator/security officer opens the system with their own username and password during their shift hours. Special operations such as Subscriber/Auto Pass, Blacklist License Plate definitions are performed by the system administrator.
