The wiegand output offers the flexibility to connect the SF100 as a slave reader to ZK or any 3rd party controller. In addition, the wiegand input allows two SF100 units to be configured with each other and use Master & Slave solution, which requires user authentication on both input and output. Meanwhile, the anti-passback function can be used to maximize security.
The auxiliary input interface allows the SF100 to be connected to an external source, for example a smoke detector or an emergency switch. When the connection function is activated from the machine menu, the device will generate an alarm signal and open the door in emergency situations.
